Share Your Experience

A child once spoke these words to their parents. How am I going to learn anything if you won't let me try everything and experience things on my own? Just a little bit of this and that so I can make up my own mind Huh?

The loving parent calmly relied, I have already experienced what you want to try and I know what lies ahead of many of the experiences you desire to be apart of. You don't need the experience. You need to listen and learn from experience so you can avoid the heart ache and trouble which by the way I know so well from experience.

The bible is a loving God saying to His children. You can listen to the wisdom of my word and live a life of peace and contentment or you can follow after your own desire experiences that lead to the many desparate heart aches and breaks that follow.

We don't have to jump into the pit so deep, dark and full of lies of excitement. We just need to listen to someone whose has been spit out of the mouth of so many experiences.

Romans 12:2

Be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind that ye may prove, what is that good, and acceptable, and prefect will of God.

Psalm 86:11

"Teach me thy way, Oh Lord; I will walk in thy truth. Unite my heart to fear thy name."

Psalm 40:11

"....Oh Lord, Let thy lovingkindness and the thy truth continually preserve me."

Be Careful Little Minds What You Think..

Thoughts travel to our mouth and then into our deeds and like a computer's brain needs Mcfee to fend off a virus attempting to harm its internals and eventually its externals. U need protection. Not a term policy but an eternity plan. Your mind's dwellings make up ur conversations. Your actions will then propel your purpose or attempt to shut u down with ur propensity to perish. Neither should be ignored!! Ur purpose should be stimulated, stirred and satisfied and your path to perishing should be left to starve, stagger and be stomped to death. Less u think for a moment to get comfortable a path of destruction and believe its harmless and can't hurt you. Its just a little bitty thang. No big deal.

Genesis 3:8

"And they heard the voice of the Lord. God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the Garden." Hear and hide. How often do we hear or know what is right to do and ignore and hide from the truth?

Genesis 3:9

"And the Lord God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?" Translated, Adam - where are you?
This sin nature is at man's origin and we must know that God desires for us to change our human nature to a spiritual nature. We can not truly know that which God desires of us until we know him as our Lord and our Savior.

I Love America

I love America!! People can still disagree and not fear retribution for their opinions. Right or wrong! If u have an opinion -say it LOUD!! This is America and still a great country to live in and be a citizen. When you disagree with the majority and things don't go your way, just know in the end, God is still in control of the majority and the minority. His decision is final yall!!!

Adam

So many Dads missing in action. I'm a single dad but not in the typical sense. More than not children tend to live with their mom. My son lives with me. I'm not bragging because real heros stay with their child's mom. I'm not not a relationship expert. I'm a single dad trying to raise a son who can learn to be faithful in every one of his relationship. I believe if done right theirs God and two parents that love God and raise their child up in the fear and admonition of the Lord.

We are not born to be faithful. Faithfulness is learned. Good habits and bad habits are taught. Some times these hadits good and bad r learned by default. At other times mostly repeatable behavior is heard and observed over and over again. I watched my son numerous times wondering about certain behaviors and atitudes. I was surprised when he told me you do it. I wasn't surprised what I did but that he copied me and resolved dad did it so will I. That was scary for me.

Because I didn't want me. I wasn't trying to raise me another me. I wanted a 5 year old obedient child that did exactly what I told him. Believe it!!! I kept seeing me that had to change. Children manifest their environment.
